There's a purposeful focus on innovation and growth, that's the biggest pro for me.Another bonus is that you get to be a part of an awesome community of talented people. Work with big name accounts. Usually, I don't agree to assignments like this, because I think its inconsiderate of my time as an interviewer, plus they have already wasted my time several times previously. It all started with a simple, but powerful idea that our founder Brad Nierenberg had in 1995: consumer-brand interactions were corporate speak for human connection. The focus on People, Culture, Clients, and Growth rings true. Very casual feel around the office, from dress code to language. If you become the CEO/ senior management "favorite" you will go far and receive undeserving promotion. They ask a lot of their team to multi-task and can be overwhelming in work/life balance (while not the worst case of this). The bulk of our events occur on weekends so you have to be able to be flexible to working hard througout the week.
