For the training tasks that cannot be trained on-campus, Cadets that commission in academic year 2021 will complete a 2-week course that will include a leadership field training exercise and select warrior tasks: employ hand grenade (live hand grenade), a night infiltration course, and a buddy team live fire exercise.
A coach is a certified professional who has a formal relationship with an officer for a specific period of time, to assist in developing and improving their knowledge, skills, and behaviors in order to achieve their goals. That said, each OAL FTX is working their individual Medical Concepts of Support within their localities.
